Another moment fades and the heavy parts decline as the lighter shades take a benevolent stride.

Post-rock is a genre that defines the peaceful nature of music with a relief intent and an expression of atmospheric cult. The Eternal Twilight, an Ambient-based Post-Rock project, is all set to release their full length debut album, ‘Everything Resembles You’. Noor and Abbas have worked on some good music and have come out in flying colors. Everything Resembles You is a 10 track album with some good atmospheric music that surely is worth a Post Rock fan’s delight.

Here’s a track-by-track breakdown:

First track, “We Grow Up Everyday, Every Moment” (03:54) opens up for the album with the music very much reflecting the intent of the title. Guitars for the track are by Quinn Montoya (My Cat’s A Stargazer).

“Every Morning The Sun Shines After You” (03:52) is the second track. The Child (04:23) is the third track and an impressive track that is some pure showgaze stuff.

“When We Were Not What We Are” (3:01) is the next track and my favourite track from the album. “Stars of Our Beloved” (2:43) features an effective Ambience.

“Sky is No More a Friend” Feat. My Cats A Stargazer (5:13) is another influential track from the album.

“Out Of Focus, Out Of Sight & Suddenly, Out Of Reach” (04:15) features one of  the best compilations by the artists. The song features a German ambient guitarist, Christian Erfurt. Original version of the song (without guitars by Christian Erfurt) is released as a bonus track along with the release of the album.

“Dim Lights and Cold Himalayan Nights” (5:59) is the next track of the album that like the intro track very much reflects the title.

“Next track is Nothing Like A Better Yesterday” (4:22) is the last track followed by a short outro completing the ambiance of the shoegaze structure.

Let me remind you that very few projects in the sub-continent opt for Post-rock. The Eternal Twilight is a must listen and the debut album is undoubtedly all about some good musical composition.
