Sameer Hazari’s artwork is colourful and extremely ingenious and his PSY portrait of John Lennon is just the embodiment of that.

The subject is photographed from various angles. Just as the physical properties of an object are represented through top, front, side and isometric views, PSY portraits are made by carefully blending these viewpoints onto the canvas. PSY portraits are most often commissioned for people, couples, idols, pets and loved ones.
For this particular stunning masterpiece that he completed on 20th April, he used reference photographs of Lennon that he obtained from Google Images. Though the medium used in this case is simple acrylic paint on canvas, the resulting PSY portrait is clearly, extraordinary! Sameer says these portraits can be done on paper too, and that he truly enjoys playing with media and generating diverse tones and textures that only help make his creations more stunning.
