At noon during the Chinese New Year holiday a group of men have
gathered under a shaded hut beside the harbour on Cijin Island off the
coast of Taipei, Taiwan. Fishing boats docked in a line beside them, I
am guessing this game has been going on for a while and won’t stop
anytime soon
