Collision (Defn.): An isolated event in which two or more bodies moving towards each other exert forces on each other, when they meet, often resulting in different physical and/or chemical changes. Usually, the results of a collision are instantaneous.
When three completely different people collide in the mountains, how big will the “boom” be?
The Himalayan Stories is not just any comic strip about a bunch of trekkers. It’s a social experiment by itself, where the colliding bodies have met, and the result is different combinations of reactions taking place in the Indo-Tibetan mountains.
They don’t just look different. In fact, they’re different in almost every aspect of being, except for their love and fascination of the Himalayas. Curly, for example, is an excitable, adventurous hiker, big on his workouts and always on the move, while Lambaa is a beer-drinking, break-taking “dude”, and what goes on in his head is completely unfathomable to anyone else.
Camo, the photographer, seems to merely be there to capture this entire experience (of humans and nature), but don’t let his photo-shooting enthusiasm fool you – his personality goes way beyond the highs and lows of being in the mountains.
If you’re still not convinced that this will cause a mental landslide, please, stay tuned.
I have a feeling that this strip is going to go *BOOM BOOM BOOM*!
